Applied during the live 2026-07-22 revision-5 upgrade: - program-extend-mainnet.mjs: drop the impossible "exactly 25 signatures" ProgramData history invariant (mainnet has 24; a program-data account only accrues a signature per deploy/upgrade). Drift detection still pins the history (<=25) and re-verifies its SHA at postflight — the anti-race property is preserved, the magic count was never met on real mainnet. - mainnet-upgrade.mjs: env-gated AGENC_ACCEPT_BOND_RACE bypass of assertRevision4BondEntryClosed at both call sites. Off by default; when set it loudly warns and skips only that one gate (operator-accepted bounded race for live third-party bond-post-eligible tasks). Every other cutover gate stays enforced. - docs/MAINNET_MAINLINE.md: revision 5 is now DEPLOYED (surface_revision=5, exec sha 049a66e3…); prior revision-4 state marked superseded.
